Hello sheet mask addicts,

Thank you vising today and checking out my daily sheet masks review for this week.

So I haven’t quite worked out my weekly sheet masks posts days. I’m getting there slowly with the way I’m formatting my blog. Not to fear, I have loads of empty sheet mask packs that are in my empties holding bin.

For the week of 27th Aug to 2nd Sept these are the sheet masks I used daily and they are listed in the order I used them.

As a warning, if you haven’t already noticed, in the featured picture the packs are in the opposite order. That’s because when I was setting everything up I had them pinned in order and then realised it was a horrible shot. So I flipped them around but didn’t factor in that I also had to change the order from left to right instead, until a few days later when I was editing it.

So there was a ‘I spy with my little eye’ moment and answer for you!

Okay enough of my babbling and lets jump into it!

Tony Moly– Broccoli Mask – Vitality

My experience

I am really loving the Tony Moly variety masks that I ordered. I didn’t detect a scent with this one but it made me feel a bit healthier because it has a picture of a veggie on the package. When I took the mask out it was super thick and drenched in essence, not dripping. It was super easy to take off but didn’t leave any left over liquid in the pack. I think it’s because this brand of mask are a bit on the creamier side. I left it on for about 40 minutes and it was still damp.

Repurchase? YES!! I’m slowly working my way through the pack.

Pure Smile– JIRO – Zombie mask

My experience

I’m going to start off by saying I bought this only because it’s a zombie mask and also IT IS A ZOMBIE MASK! I bought it in a pack of 5 and have 2 left, I’m saving one for Halloween! In Australia Halloween isn’t widely celebrated but I’m American, love Halloween so I always make sure to celebrate it in my own way.

Back to the review at hand!  Its a combination of collagen, hyaluronic acid, and Vitamin E benefit mask. It’s pretty basic and dripping in essence. It has a faint scent, I don’t know how to describe it exactly but it wasn’t sickly. It was super easy to take off as long you don’t leave it on longer than the recommended time frame. It does leave left over a thick essence in the pack. The mask material is very delicate and can rip easily.

Repurchase? Probably not, since the main reason I bought this is because it’s more of a fun mask. I’d prefer to spend the money on a different brand. They do have other character themed masks that I may try just to have the occasional pep me up to my nightly routine.

Etude House– Damask Rose

My experience

I have to say so far, which may be prematurely and I may be eating my words later, Etude House is my favourite brand of sheet masks. Their masks are so thick and don’t tear easy nor are they hard to take apart. Plus some occasionally have left over essence to use, but usually it’s all in the actual mask paper. They also tend to stay reasonably moist when left on for longer than the recommended time. I usually allow myself time to watch a full episode of my current favourite TV series. when I take them off they peel away nice and easy. I find myself gravitating towards Rose masks this past winter. Although I have oily, acne prone skin I am needing an extra boost of moisture to avoid dry flaky patches during winter.

If you manage to find a variety pack of Etude House masks I highly recommend giving it a go.

Repurchase? Yes and I have already repurchased.

I’ve reviewed this product before and I’ll copy and paste that review below.

Leaders – Amino Clearing Mask

My experience

I really loved this mask, I don’t detect a scent with it. Easy to take off and always leaves a small amount of left over essence left in the packaging. Which I used after I’ve removed the sheet to pat the excess in to my skin. This always leave my skin looking good, with smaller pores.

Repurchase? YES

I actually bought a box of 10 of these. The place I purchase my Korean products is starting to carry more Leaders masks, so I will have some more for you in the next couple of months.

Dainty House– Lavender

My experience

This is a brand I haven’t seen as one of the big K Beauty brands on vlog/blog sites. I think that it may be either a Taiwanese brand or possibly Australian, since it list Australia on the front bottom cover and also in the back. I really am a huge fan of the little variety pack that I purchased. This masks was fairly thick, creamy and covered in loads of essence. It is also one that can be left on for around that 40 minute mark without any issues of trying to remove. It was very calming and had the lovely lavender scent. I very much enjoyed this one.

Repurchase? Yes and its on my ‘next to purchase’ list.

Etude House– Coenzyme Q10

My experience

Again, another hot hit from Etude House. This was thick and fairly bigger than other brands, which is great for me since I have a huge face! It was able to stay reasonably moist when left on for longer than the recommended time. I usually allow myself time to watch a full episode of my current favourite TV series. When I took it off it peeled away nice and easy. I find myself gravitating towards Rose masks this past winter. Although I have oily blemish prone skin I am needing an extra boost of moisture to avoid dry flaky skin during winter.

If you manage to find a variety pack of Etude House masks I highly recommend giving it a go.

Repurchase? Yes and I have already repurchased.

daily-sheet-mask-review-my-beauty-diary-roe-mask

My Beauty Diary– Roe (caviar)

My experience

The My Beauty Diary masks I consider my ‘fancy’ masks since it has a white cover that you have to peel off before applying. I have a few different masks that are from this brand and I am currently waiting on another shipment of them in different flavours. I enjoy this mask but I don’t really feel like I get that instant ‘OMG my skin looks great’ after using it. It may be one of those things that the benefits creep up on you.  The caviar is meant to be rich in amino acids and loads of other beneficial ingredients. One thing that I don’t like is the size of these masks, they are a bit small for me, but that’s only because I have a large face/head. It won’t stop me from purchasing more masks from this brand or even this flavour.

Repurchase? Yes, but I wouldn’t buy this flavour for some time because I have so many others to use first.
